How to log in to FileJoker

  1. Open filejoker.net in your browser (check the address – fake “login” sites copy FileJoker’s look).
  2. Click Login at the top of the page.
  3. Enter your username or email and your password, solve the captcha if one is shown, and sign in.
  4. Your account page shows your account type and, for premium, the expiry date and your remaining traffic.

Creating a free account

Registering on filejoker.net is free: click Sign up, enter an email and a password, and confirm the email FileJoker sends you. A free account still has the free download limits – see FileJoker free vs Premium.

Forgot your password?

  1. On the login page click Forgot your password?
  2. Enter the email address of your FileJoker account.
  3. Open the email from FileJoker (check spam) and set a new password.

Checking your premium status

After logging in, your account page shows Premium and the date it ends. If it still says free after you bought premium, log out and back in, then contact us with your order number.

Common login problems

  • “Wrong password” – passwords are case-sensitive; copy and paste it without spaces, or reset it.
  • Captcha keeps failing – disable browser extensions that block scripts, or try a private window.
  • Logged in but downloads are still slow – see how to download at full speed.
  • Download manager rejects the account – re-enter the login in JDownloader’s Account Manager.

Keep your account safe

Never share your FileJoker password publicly, and don’t use “free premium account” lists – those accounts are stolen, get banned quickly and can expose your own device. Need premium? Plans start low on our price page.
